The Firebird

The Firebird is a ballet score and orchestral suite by Russian composer Igor Stravinsky, composed in 1910–1911. The work blends Russian folk elements with colourful orchestration and early modernist harmonic language, serving as Stravinsky's breakthrough that propelled him to prominence and foreshadowed his later stylistic shifts.
