Symphony No. 6 is the sixth symphony by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, completed in 1881. The work is a large-scale late Romantic symphony characterised by expansive brass writing, intricate contrapuntal textures and adventurous harmonic shifts, occupying a transitional place in Bruckner's output between his middle and late symphonies.
