Mass No. 6 in A-flat major (D.950) is a mass by Austrian composer Franz Schubert, composed in 1828. Scored for soloists, choir and orchestra, it follows the traditional mass structure while employing rich Romantic harmonies, expanded orchestral textures and moments of symphonic scale, and it is one of Schubert's late works completed in the year of his death, reflecting his move toward larger-scale sacred writing.
