Characterised by extremely heavy guitar riffs, growling vocals, and lyrics that often read like a horror movie script – if the horror movie was directed by someone very fond of dismemberment. It’s a niche where fans can thoroughly appreciate a bit of cheeky gross-out humour alongside their sonic assault, proving that sometimes, less can definitely be more – especially when it comes to pleasant listening experiences.
