Lol Coxhill

Lol Coxhill was an English soprano saxophonist who began performing in the late 1950s and built a career across free improvisation, jazz and experimental music. His work encompassed solo performances, duos and collaborative projects that blended free improvisation with elements of folk, rock and electronic experimentation, and he played a prominent role in the British free‑improvisation scene.
