Susana Santos Silva

Susana Santos Silva is a Portuguese trumpeter, flugelhorn player and composer from Porto who began her career in the early 2000s within the European experimental jazz and improvised music scenes. Her work blends free jazz, contemporary composition and extended-technique improvisation, often focusing on timbre, space and collaborative projects with ensembles and international improvisers.
