Claude Champagne

Claude Champagne was a Canadian classical composer and music educator from Montreal, Quebec, who began his career in the early 20th century working in composition and pedagogy. His work blended impressionistic and neo-classical techniques with French-Canadian folk elements, and he contributed to the development of music education and compositional practice in Quebec during the mid-20th century.
