Boyzone: Spin The Bottle Banter
August 1995, and Boyzone were Ireland's freshly minted teen idols — still green enough to spend a Smash Hits interview playing a daft game of dares. Steve, Keith, Shane, Mikey and Ronan sat in a circle with a bottle and a hatful of awkward questions, egging each other on.
“I hope these questions aren't too bad,”
“I hope they are!”
“Yeah, I got caught picking my nose by some fans!”
“I was feeling tired and emotional and things just got me down.”
