Yasiin Bey

Yasiin Bey (born Dante Terrell Smith; 11 December 1973) is an American hip hop artist, spoken-word performer and actor. Formerly known as Mos Def, his work spans hip hop and alternative hip hop, frequently engaging with social and political themes, and he has appeared in films and stage productions.
