Jaume Pahissa

Jaume Pahissa was a Catalan composer and music critic from Barcelona who began his career in the early 20th century, working within the classical tradition across vocal and orchestral forms. His music blended late-Romantic and early-modern harmonic elements, and he was active in the musical life of both Spain and Argentina through composition, teaching and criticism.
